it used with persons whom you do not know well
formal persons in other way
للشخص الي ماتعرفه زين واكثر احتراما نستخدمها
ورسميه

it used with relatives and friends only, you cannot
use it with strangers ( non formal people ) l
مع الاصحاب والاقارب للي تمون عليهم يعني
